After existing documentation, inventory of materials and equipment, interviewing of staff, approaches to improving the efficiency and functionality of the maintenance building and maintenance program were taken. Through the renovation of the building itself, a modular storage and work space system was created and greater efficiencies in the building were made. A proposal for the expansion of the program also allows OTRCH to build upon the beginnings of an apprenticeship model with the addition of an apprenticeship residency.
